What sets the property apart from other apartments is the great service you get especially from the maintenance and ground staff. Diego was super helpful in getting my apartment just perfect. He responded quickly to the multiple service request I put in and was able to quickly resolve all my issues with a smile. Good to know any issues with the property will be resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

Lovely landscape and great floor plan, great new community. Great location in The Colony, and everything is new and delightfully scenic. There is also a trail on the property. Staff responsive and professional , lovely to deal with.

We have lived here for 6 months. Great experience so far. We live in Stags Leap and love our apartment. We chose it blind after relocating from NYC and chose the best floor plan. They are quick with maintenance request. The only thing they could work on is answering the phone. Anytime I have a question, I have to go in person to the main office. We really love living here, it gives vacation resort vibes because we live next to the pool. Overall really happy with our decision after searching and touring many apartments.

This is the place to call home! I have lived here for going on four years and just renewed for another lease term. My time here at Thousand Oaks I have been nothing short of amazing. The amenities, grounds, front office staff and maintenance team are always on it. Any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests that I’ve had it has always been promptly answered. I would highly recommend anyone to live at this wonderful property with a pet friendly community, lush green landscape, with tranquil feel community. Not to mention the location is perfect to get to anywhere in the DFW quickly. Shout out to Leanna, Jeannie, Tiara, Billy, Dennis, and Nate.

I have looked at so many apartments in Dallas and I instantly signed with the boat house the day I got here. Heather is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and on top of her stuff and will definitely work with you. The views, neighborhood and residents are very well taken care of. I’m super picky but this place is a keeper. Ask for HEATHER! She’s the best and is so patient and kind. The building is well taken care of. The facilities manager and their team do a great job keeping the place spotless and smelling nice. The air conditioning in the lobby is always refreshing and the amenities are great. Very relaxing part of town and glad we moved here instead of busier areas.

My wife and I have been living here for little over a year now and it has been easily the best living experience we’ve ever had. The amenities and area is always clean and quiet. The community is quiet and peaceful and beautiful to say the least. But the best part of our experience here has been the staff. If we need help with finding a lost package, ask questions about our lease, or any other questions, they have always been so helpful, kind, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. In particular Aubree, Britnee, and Nakita. The maintenance staff is always extremely efficient, prompt, and kind. This is the first apartment experience where we felt like everyone at the office genuinely cared. We will be moving out soon because we are purchasing a home but we are honestly sad about leaving this awesome community. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a new home both the boathouse and the Hudson properties!

I thought all the new apartments on top of shopping was a cool idea until I saw these apartments. The whole complex is so well thought out with tranquil views at every turn. The staff is amazingly down to earth friendly and helpful. The events they put on are so much fun and pull tenants together to feel more like a community and nit just apartment complex. I’ll definitely keep referring my clients over until their ready to purchase or their homes built. Oh and the location is just that right amount of close to all the grandescape excitement but yet far enough to not always be in the hustle and bustle.
